Learning Center CPT ยป dB/OCTAVE
Controls the bandwidth of the EQ filter in decibels per octave (dB/Oct).
The bandwidth control of the MEA-2 is different from most equalizers. Instead of using a fixed Q value like most others, the MEA-2 measures it in dB/Octave.
The leftmost setting creates a low-shelving filter on bands 1 and 2 and a high-shelving filter on bands 3 and 4.
The remaining five positions create a bell-shaped filter at the listed dB/octave. Available settings are 4, 6, 9, 14, and 20 dB/Oct.
